Here's what Assistant sub-inspector Umesh Mehra from Chhattisgarh said to American tourist Bridate Henna, on a passenger train heading to Nagpur, before touching her lips.
"You are beautiful. One time, just one time"
Bridate had to scream for help before a fellow passenger came to her rescue. Mehra was later arrested.
Pathetic.
